Complete critical control verifications in Forwood One

Written by Aurora

Overview

Critical Control Verifications (often labelled Verifications in navigation) helps you run verification forms, see quick metrics such as completed, compliant, non-compliant, and open actions, and work responses in table, card, or map views when your build includes them. You can save draft responses and submit when ready.

Who can use this

Field operators fill forms. Supervisors review responses. Safety managers watch compliance signals. Content administrators publish forms. You need access on Verifications; only published forms appear for your company, location, and job role context.

Getting started

Open the main navigation and select Critical Control Verifications (or the label your tenant uses for Verifications). Wait for metrics tiles and the forms grid. Pick a form card to start or resume a draft shown on the card.

Understand the layout

The landing area combines metrics, search and filters, and a forms grid. Response management uses list and detail patterns similar to Inspections. Open a response to read answers and history in the detail surface your product provides.

Fill and submit forms

Work through sections, questions, and checklists. Your draft will be auto saved if you need to pause. Submit when validation passes. Depending on your organisation’s configuration, non-compliant answers may create Actions or prompts for follow-up.

Views and filters

You can narrow responses with search and filters your screen shows. Switch among table, card, or map when those controls exist. Match labels on screen; your organisation may enable export where supported.

Best practices

Complete verifications close to the visit time. Add evidence when questions require it. Use filters to find your own open work when the product offers that option.

Troubleshooting

Why can I not see Verifications?
You may lack access on Verifications. Ask your administrator.

Why is a form missing from the grid?
It may be unpublished or not assigned to your company, location, or job role.

Why can I not submit?
Required questions may be empty, or you may lack permission. Read on-screen validation.
