Setting Up Your Checklist Library

How to configure and manage checklist content within Forwood One

Written by Jessica Serena

The Forwood One Checklist Library allows organisations to manage operational content, including critical risk and critical control verification checklists.

The Checklist Library is designed to provide clients with a strong starting point using Forwood’s standard industry content, while also allowing organisations to customise and manage content to suit their operational requirements.

This guide explains how checklist content works within Forwood One, what content is provided by Forwood, and how your organisation can manage and govern checklist content over time.

Understanding the Checklist Library

The Checklist Library is the central location where content is created, managed, and maintained within Forwood One.

Checklist content may be used for:

  • Critical control verification

  • Field inspections

  • Task verification

  • Site observations

  • Compliance activities

The library allows organisations to use Forwood-provided content, customise content, or create entirely new checklist templates.
