This article explains the log in process into the Forwood Ecosystem Portal if the user does not have Single-Sign-On (SSO) capability activated.

Open your Welcome Email:

Use the link to the Forwood ID Portal and enter your Username and Temporary Password from your Welcome Email.

NOTE: Your Welcome Email is only valid for 1 month and temporary password is case sensitive. If you have not received your Welcome Email, please contact your manager to organize this for you.

Select the Log On button:

This will prompt you to enter a new password. Enter your new password and then re-enter your new password into the Confirm Password field.

For the first-time login, a prompt notifies you to read the End User License Agreement (EULA). Accept the EULA using the button in the bottom left-hand corner.

The Forwood ID portal home page is displayed.

In the Apps Directory panel, you will see icons the products you are using with Forwood.

NOTE: The number of icons displayed depends on the level of access you have and the products you are using with Forwood.
