How to resend Welcome Email
This article relates to situations where a new user (not using Single-Sign-On) has not responded to the initial 'Welcome Email,' which has then expired and a second 'Welcome Email' needs to be sent.
Step 1
Search user’s account from the User List page.
Step 2
Welcome email can only be sent to user with SSO Disabled and Last Login status = “Never”.
Step 3
Click on the Email Icon to resend the Welcome Email.
Step 4
A system message states 'Welcome email successfully sent' on successful resend.
